Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion of your personal data from Sampark, including all Facebook and Instagram data.

Facebook / Instagram Data Deletion Callback

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Sampark and want to remove all associated data, you can do so directly from Facebook:

1. Go to your Facebook App Settings.
2. Find Sampark in the list and click Remove.
3. Facebook will send a deletion callback to our servers. We will delete all associated tokens and message data within 24 hours.
4. Submit the form below to also delete your Sampark account and all remaining data.

What Gets Deleted

Account Data

Your name, email, company details, and login credentials.

API Tokens

All WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook access tokens stored in our system.

Contact Lists

All phone numbers, names, and custom fields in your contact lists.

Message History

All inbound and outbound message logs, campaign records, and automation logs.

Instagram Data

All DMs, comments, and interaction data received via the Instagram API.

WhatsApp Data

All WhatsApp message templates, delivery logs, and WABA configuration.

Note: Billing records and invoices are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law (GST Act), even after account deletion. These records contain only your business name, email, and payment amounts — no messaging data.

Deletion Timeline

Immediately

All active API tokens are revoked and access is blocked.

Within 24 hours

Message history, contact lists, and campaign data are queued for deletion.

Within 30 days

All personal data and backups are permanently purged from our systems.

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.

This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All campaigns, contacts, message history, and integrations will be permanently removed.
